Provider review

Mondae cost: $126 / 28 days (about $137/mo) tirzepatide

The cheapest semaglutide here — billed thirteen times a year.

$87 is the lowest compounded semaglutide figure on this site, and it is charged every 28 days rather than every month. The $75 its homepage leads with is the three-month prepay rate.

The catch — Two things compound here. The advertised figures are prepay rates, so the month-to-month price is 16% higher on semaglutide than the homepage suggests. And the cycle is 28 days while the page says "per month" — its own intake card is the surface that says so, reading "Shipped every 28 days / billed every 28 days". Thirteen charges at $87 is $1,131 a year, not the $1,044 a monthly reading implies.

What they advertise

"From $75/mo" for compounded semaglutide and "From $124/mo" for tirzepatide on the homepage — both of which are the three-month prepay rates. The treatment pages carry the real pair on a 1-month/3-month tab.

What you actually pay

$87 per 28 days for compounded semaglutide and $126 per 28 days for tirzepatide. The three-month plans are $225 and $372 charged once, which is where the $75 and $124 come from.

Money you will meet later

  • Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable, including in the case where no medication is prescribed.

The bottom line

Mondae LLC sells compounded semaglutide at $87 and tirzepatide at $126, alongside sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. Those are the lowest GLP-1 figures on this site, they are on the public treatment page with no questionnaire in front of them, and its telehealth provider is named in the Terms with a company name and a New York address. Two things qualify the number. It is a 28-day price, so a year is thirteen charges rather than twelve. And the figures its homepage leads with are the three-month prepay rates, not these.

Mondae appears on our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You are shopping on price and want to see it immediately: both figures are one tab-click away on the treatment page, with no account, email or quiz.
  • You want the telehealth provider identified rather than described — its Terms name the company and give a mailing address.
  • You want peptides from the same seller: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione each have their own page and their own price.

Look elsewhere if

  • You budget by the calendar. A 28-day cycle costs a thirteenth charge every year the word "month" on the page does not warn you about.
  • You take the homepage figures as the rate — $75 and $124 there are three-month prepay prices.
  • You want to know who compounds your GLP-1: neither treatment page names a pharmacy, and its three non-GLP-1 injectables name one that its GLP-1s do not.

Who fills your prescription

No category stated

Mondae does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.

  • Greenwich
What its own site says

Not named for either GLP-1. The semaglutide and tirzepatide pages carry no pharmacy at all, and 503A and 503B appear zero times across the entire site. One pharmacy is named — but only on the three non-GLP-1 injectables, where a single-option picker reads "Selection: Greenwich". That is the whole disclosure: a bare word, with no legal name, no state and no category. The telehealth entity behind the prescriptions is named properly, with a company name and a Madison Avenue address.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Where you can get it

All 50 states

All 50 states. Its FAQ says so, its shipping policy delivers to all 50 while excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, and its intake's own state list offers 50 plus the District of Columbia. Its Terms add the usual qualifier that the prescribing clinician must be licensed where you live.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Mondae advertises a price it does not charge by the month, on a cycle that is not a month. The homepage leads with "From $75/mo" for semaglutide and "From $124/mo" for tirzepatide; both are the three-month prepay rates, and the month-to-month figures are $87 and $126. Underneath that, the billing period is 28 days — the treatment page says "per month" and the intake's own plan card says "Shipped every 28 days / billed every 28 days" — so a year is thirteen charges, and the annual cost of that semaglutide is $1,131 rather than the $1,044 the page implies. Its homepage cannot keep its own floor straight either: the hero says prices start from $87 directly above a grid whose lowest figure is $63, and the peptide rows in that grid are labeled "Billed monthly" under numbers that are the three-month rates. Against all of that, "Cancel anytime" sits beside Terms stating in capitals that fees are not refundable in whole or in part.

  • Its advertised figures are prepay rates and its month is 28 days — see this review's knock.
  • Its homepage hero contradicts its own price grid in the same viewport.
  • Peptide rows on that grid are labeled "Billed monthly" under three-month prices.
  • No pharmacy is named for either GLP-1; the only one named appears on its non-GLP-1 products.
  • "Cancel anytime" sits against Terms saying fees are not refundable in whole or in part.
  • Its own two shipping estimates disagree — two days on the plan screen, five to seven in the shipping policy.

None of this is unique to Mondae — the whole category shares it.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all. The evidence below is where that gets settled.
