The catch — Three surfaces, three different scopes for one number. The weight-loss page is headed "All-in monthly pricing." and immediately adds "Medication, labs, and treatment supplies are billed separately by our independent clinical partner", while the plan cards beneath it list the compounded medication and the syringes as what you get. The pricing page says the monthly figure covers consultation, protocol design, dose adjustments and follow-up, with medication billed separately. The financial policy says NEUVÉ only charges for membership and coaching, and that medication, labs, clinician consultations and supplies are all billed by someone else — which removes the consult as well.

What they advertise
$179/month for an injectable semaglutide microdose with B12 and $240 for tirzepatide, with daily sublingual versions at $138 and $160, published openly on its pricing page alongside dozens of other protocols and lab panels.
What you actually pay
Not established, and the obstacle is scope rather than access. The figures above are published and unambiguous as numbers; what they contain is not. Its weight-loss page lists the compounded medication and injection supplies as what the price buys, and on the same page says medication and supplies are billed separately. Until NEUVÉ says which, the monthly cost of treatment here cannot be stated.
Money you will meet later
NEUVÉ Health — Neuve Health, LLC, of Gilbert, Arizona — publishes one of the fullest price ladders on this site: dozens of protocols, doses and lab panels, all rendering without an account. Compounded semaglutide runs $179 a month as an injectable microdose with B12 and $138 as a daily sublingual; tirzepatide is $240 and $160. The reason none of that is ranked is that NEUVÉ cannot say what the figure buys. One page calls it all-in, then says medication is billed separately. Another says the same. Its financial policy goes further and puts the clinician consultation outside the price too.

No pharmacy is named, though the class is stated more carefully than most providers here manage: "COMPOUNDED BY U.S. 503A pharmacy" on the homepage and 503A/503B certified pharmacies on the About page. No facility, no license number, no NPI. Its labs are named — Quest and LabCorp. One person is named on the entire site, its founder, and he is presented as a nurse practitioner and regional wellness director rather than a physician; no MD appears anywhere.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
Its FAQ claims all 50 states and its quiz's own state map offers 50 plus the District of Columbia, while the same homepage prints "Members in 40+ states" twice. Its About page draws the distinction the homepage does not — 50 states reviewed against 40-plus states with members — so the two claims are reconcilable, just not where most readers meet them.
The part they would rather you skipped
NEUVÉ heads a page "All-in monthly pricing." and then, in the next sentence on that same page, says "Medication, labs, and treatment supplies are billed separately by our independent clinical partner." Directly beneath both, its plan cards list the compounded semaglutide and the injection supplies as what the price includes. That is two answers on one screen. Its pricing page gives a third scope — consultation, protocol design and follow-up, with medication separate — and its financial policy gives a fourth, stating that NEUVÉ charges only for membership and coaching and that medication, labs, clinician consultations and supplies are all billed by someone else. So the published figure might be a full treatment cost or it might be a coaching fee with the drug still to come, and nothing on the site settles it. Alongside that, three membership tiers are named and none of them carries a price, and a credential claim repeated four times — that its network is curated from clinicians trained at named elite medical schools — is attached to no clinician a reader can check, because no physician is named anywhere on the site.
None of this is unique to NEUVÉ Health — the whole category shares it.
