Provider review
Its own "As Low As" headline price has no stated mechanism anywhere on the site.
NewSelf's own homepage states "$224.99 Monthly" (Tirzepatide+) and "$134.99 Monthly" (Semaglutide+) directly beside a separate "As Low As $144.49"/"$99.97 Monthly" headline — with no footnote, linked terms, or stated commitment length anywhere on the page explaining the gap. NewSelf itself also has a real FDA warning letter (February 2026), and its own refund policy charges a fee to cancel even before the doctor consultation.

This review's stake, stated plainly — some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The catch — NewSelf's own homepage headlines an "As Low As" price 36% below its plainly labeled "Monthly" price, with zero disclosed mechanism anywhere on the page — no footnote, no linked terms, no stated commitment length. The same page separately mentions, unconnected to either price, "Get 3 months upfront—no delays, no refill hassles," suggesting but never confirming a 3-month-prepay explanation.

What they advertise
NewSelf's own homepage states: Tirzepatide+ "$224.99 Monthly" ("As Low As $144.49 Monthly"), Semaglutide+ "$134.99 Monthly" ("As Low As $99.97 Monthly") — both flat across every dose.
What you actually pay
$224.99/month (Tirzepatide+) and $134.99/month (Semaglutide+) are NewSelf's own plainly labeled "Monthly" prices, confirmed flat across every dose ("All Dosages are the same price"). The separate "As Low As" figures are not recorded as confirmed floors — no page states what produces them.
Money you will meet later
NewSelf (newself.com, legal entity NewSelf Limited LLC) sells "Tirzepatide+" ($224.99/mo, flat across every dose) and "Semaglutide+" ($134.99/mo, flat across every dose), with a plain, company-wide "state licensed 503A pharmacies" claim and a real, specific two-state exclusion (Mississippi, Louisiana). Three real, independent findings keep this off the trust tier: an unexplained "As Low As" price gap, its own FDA warning letter, and a refund policy that charges a fee before a patient has even spoken to a doctor.
NewSelf appears on our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.
Tap any compound to read our plain-English guide — what the evidence shows, how it is dosed, and what it costs elsewhere.
NewSelf names the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
503A. Its own homepage states, plain and company-wide, "We work with board certified physicians in all states and state licensed 503A pharmacies" — no single pharmacy is named.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
48 states + Puerto Rico. Its own homepage states, "We operate in 48 states and Puerto Rico (Not including Mississippi & Louisiana who prohibit weight loss products)."
The part they would rather you skipped
Three real, independent findings, all from NewSelf's own pages: (1) its own homepage headlines "As Low As $144.49"/"$99.97 Monthly" directly beside the plainly labeled "$224.99"/"$134.99 Monthly" price, with NO explanation anywhere on the page of what produces the lower figure; (2) NewSelf itself has a real, current FDA warning letter, confirmed directly at its own fda.gov page (NewSelf Limited dba NewSelf, MARCS-CMS 721472, February 20, 2026), the identical mislabeled-compounder-plus-misleading-claims template as several peers here from the same mass-enforcement wave — per the standing rule already applied to those peers, this alone does not disqualify NewSelf, and a targeted search for independent fabricated-persona/deepfake journalism came back empty; (3) its own Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy charges a "$99 administrative fee" to cancel even BEFORE the doctor consultation, and states the order becomes fully "non-cancellable" immediately after, with a further "$150 re-processing fee" to modify anything past that point.
None of this is unique to NewSelf — the whole category shares it.
