The homepage headlines "Pause anytime. Refill when ready." as the core pitch of the whole program. Its own Refund Policy tells a narrower story for the two discounted tiers: the 3-Month plan "requires a full 3-month commitment" and the 6-Month plan "requires a full 6-month commitment," and neither "can be canceled or refunded before the end of the term." Even the 1-Month, no-commitment plan cannot be canceled or refunded for that month once the prescription has been processed.

503A. Nimbus Healthcare's own blog post states directly: "Lake Hills Pharmacy is our pharmacy. We own it. It is a 503A compounding facility, NABP-accredited, with sterile compounding capability and an in-house QA program." A named, self-owned pharmacy and a stated regulatory category in the same sentence.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Its own Refund Policy, read in full, draws a much harder line for the two discounted plans it also markets as "BEST VALUE": the 3-Month Subscription "requires a full 3-month commitment" and "cannot be canceled or refunded before the end of the term," and the 6-Month Subscription carries the identical binding language for six months. Even the 1-Month plan — the one genuinely no-commitment tier — "cannot be canceled or refunded for that month" once the prescription has been processed. Take the "BEST VALUE" 6-month plan on the strength of the homepage's promise of flexibility and you have no exit for half a year. On FDA warning letters: nothing could be established either way for "Nimbus Healthcare" or its pharmacy, "Lake Hills Pharmacy" — fda.gov blocks automated queries and the fallback search returned zero results for either name. That is an absence, not a clearance.
