Try Nova MD's refund policy, updated October 11, 2026, says a filled order cannot be canceled, returned or refunded "for any reason — including side effects, allergic reactions, or any other adverse reaction," even if your provider tells you to stop. The catch — The $129 tirzepatide price is a quarterly plan ($387 up front) through Drug Crafters, which doesn't ship to 15 states, including California. Its policy also says a monthly billing schedule "does not automatically guarantee a 30-day medication supply unless specifically advertised."

What you actually pay

Prescribers come from Arora Health Group, and your card is only held until a provider approves you. It now names its tirzepatide pharmacies (Drug Crafters, Southend and Vials RX), and the quarterly tirzepatide price depends on which one serves your state. FDA sent it a warning letter in September 2025 over a semaglutide claim. The hard edge is the refund policy: once filled, an order is final.

Named for tirzepatide, with no category stated. Its tirzepatide page lists Drug Crafters Pharmacy, Southend Pharmacy and Vials RX Pharmacy (a fourth option, NewLife, shows as temporarily paused), each with the states it can't ship to. Other products say only "independent licensed U.S. pharmacies." Its policy says your pharmacy may change: if one pauses production, your renewal goes to the next available pharmacy in your state.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The part they would rather you skipped
FDA sent Try Nova a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 716695, September 9, 2025) for describing compounded semaglutide as having the "Same active ingredient as Wegovy & Ozempic," a claim FDA found false or misleading because compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; that wording is not on the pages we read today. Its refund policy is the strictest part of buying here: once the pharmacy fills an order, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including side effects, and a filled order can't be canceled "until 10 days have passed and the package has not yet shipped."
