Ozari Health's own state pricing pages disclose a real Month-to-Month standing rate right beside the first-time-only 3-Month Starter promo, and name two specific 503A pharmacies directly. One of the two, Hallandale Pharmacy, carries a real FDA warning letter closed out by FDA in 2022 as adequately addressed — a dated regulatory history, not a live open finding.

The SAME page discloses a "Month-to-Month" standing tier further down: $175/mo (semaglutide) and $235/mo (tirzepatide) — the true no-prepay price. Sermorelin is disclosed plainly at $159/mo, billed monthly.

Oversight

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

One of Ozari Health's two named pharmacies, Hallandale Pharmacy (Pharmcore Inc. dba Hallandale Pharmacy), carries a real FDA warning letter (MARCS-CMS 605569, March 11, 2020) for serious sterile-compounding deficiencies — closed out by FDA in 2022 as "adequately addressed," a real but resolved regulatory history. Separately, Ozari Health's own Terms of Service state a blanket "minimum 3-month commitment" on subscription products, in direct tension with the "Month-to-Month" plan its own pricing pages advertise as a true no-commitment tier. No FDA warning letter was found for "Ozari Health" itself.
