The catch — Every advertised figure is the forty-eight-week commitment rate. Buying four weeks at a time costs $70 more per month on semaglutide and $70 more on tirzepatide than the numbers the site leads with, and the asterisk attached to "as low as $199/mo*" is never resolved to a footnote on any page. The microdose products run the same trap in reverse: their four-rung tables are laid out identically but charge $179 on every rung, so the table implies a discount that does not exist.

SexyMD LLC, a Nevada company, sells full-dose and microdose compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP injections on a four-rung ladder running from four weeks to forty-eight. Its Terms are unusually candid about fulfillment — it describes a pharmacy network of 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities and states plainly that prescriptions may be transferred between them without notice — and it names both of its medical groups. What it does with its pricing is the opposite of candid: every headline figure on the site is the deepest-commitment rate, and the asterisk that would say so leads nowhere.

Because no facility is identified, none of that attaches to a specific one. Its medical groups are named: WizDoc LLC and Jonathan Larson, MD, P.C.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

And on state coverage the site contradicts itself inside a single footer block on all eleven pages, printing "Sexy MD is available in all 50 states" directly above "Services currently available in all states except Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey."
