Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

• Its own homepage states two different standing prices for the same compounded-tirzepatide product in two different sections — $157 in prose, $179 on a separate pricing card.
• None of its six named fulfillment pharmacies is tied to a 503A/503B category anywhere on the site.
• No state list or exclusion is published anywhere on the site — only vague "nationwide access" language.
