The bottom line
Synergy Rx (synergyrx.co) runs on the same clinical and pharmacy backend as Care Bare Rx and Breeze Meds — the same four pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx. It publishes a real sermorelin price you can find without an account, "Sermorelin Injection — Starting at $275," with no prepay tier or auto-refill language attached to that product. Two things drag it down. First, the homepage markets "Personalized GLP-1 Medication" as a category, but the product pages for tirzepatide and semaglutide don't exist — five separate addresses lead nowhere — so it can't be boarded for either compound. Second, its marketing and FAQ claim service is "available in all 50 U.S. states," while its own Terms of Use say the opposite in plain English: "Services are currently available to individuals located in certain states. To see the list of current states, please contact customer service at info@synergyrx.co." The legal document governs, not the marketing page — and it says the real list lives somewhere you can't see before signing up.

Those Terms say only that medications "are dispensed by independent third-party pharmacies."
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

That is the company contradicting itself in its own documents — not a secondhand report about it.

- No 503A/503B category is stated anywhere for any of its four named pharmacies.
- No dietitian, nurse, or coaching program is named.
