Viv Health review

The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what Viv Health bundles in, and what it does not.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

• FDA warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721818, Feb 20, 2026) over a mislabeled-compounder claim — see this review's knock for the full, independently-verified finding.
• Its own shared FAQ block, rendered sitewide, answers a pricing question by naming a different company: "Eden offers a comprehensive package that includes ongoing support and regular check-ins" — not VIV RX.
• Its own Privacy Policy states twice that a visitor is agreeing to "the Site's Terms and Conditions" and a "Telehealth Authorization and Consent" — neither document exists anywhere on the live site (checked /terms, /terms-and-conditions, /terms-of-service, /policy/terms, all 404; no link in nav or footer).
• No pharmacy is tied to a 503A/503B category anywhere on the site, despite four being named by name and address.
• No state coverage list is published; the only concrete state statement is a two-state exclusion ("Unable to serve New Jersey & Mississippi"), not a positive list of what IS covered.
• All sales are final regardless of use or cancellation — its own Refund Policy states plainly it is "unable to accept returns," with no carve-out.
• Its "4.5 • based on 250+ reviews" badge links to no review platform anywhere on the site, and no independent Trustpilot/BBB/Google profile for vivrx.com or "Viv Health, Inc." could be located.
• Neither the marketing price nor the FAQ's "stay the same at every dose" claim states an actual billing cadence — no page states whether $279 is charged monthly, per shipment, or on some other cycle, and its live checkout app is bot-protected, so this review could not independently confirm a standing recurring rate against it.
