What you actually pay
$199 a month for semaglutide and $279 for tirzepatide from the second month, "billed monthly until you cancel." Its help center says pricing is the same at every dose and includes the provider review, ongoing oversight, a month's vial with syringes and supplies, and shipping. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione product pages say "From" before the price; its help center lists each as a flat monthly price.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

FDA sent Viv Health, Inc. dba VIV RX a warning letter on February 20, 2026 (MARCS-CMS 721818): the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pictured on its website carried a "VIV RX" label, "suggesting VIV RX is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not." The letter is still posted with no close-out. Its site now says plainly that VIV RX does not compound or dispense, but it no longer names the pharmacies that do, and it publishes no state list.
