What they advertise
VIV RX's own Compound Tirzepatide page headlines "Starting At $279" for a "1000mg/vial 5ml (10-20 injections)" — no dose tiers, and no billing cadence stated on the price itself. Its Compound Semaglutide page states the same shape at "Starting At $197." A separate FAQ answer claims, "we offer transparent out-of-pocket prices, that stay the same at every dose. What you see is what you pay!" — directly beside a hedge on the same line: "Note: Verify current pricing directly with us as it may vary during promotional periods."
What you actually pay
VIV RX's own site never states a billing cadence for the $279 figure in writing — no "/mo" appears next to the price on the product page itself, only in the FAQ's "subscription" framing ("Can I cancel my subscription anytime?"). $279 is recorded here as the standing recurring charge, consistent with how the FAQ describes it, but could not independently confirm that figure against VIV RX's own live checkout: its enrollment app (app.careglp.com/partner/vivrx, a CareValidate-operated white-label SPA) shows no prices anywhere in the page itself — they are loaded in privately as you go, and its separate patient portal (patient.vivrx.com) could not be opened at all; Chrome browser automation was unavailable this session to walk the quiz interactively. Unlike Ivim Health's review, this one could not resolve a marketing-vs-checkout price question either way — it simply could not reach the checkout. Sermorelin is $245 a month, and NAD+ $239 — the second stated the same way as the figure above it, with no cadence attached.
Money you will meet later
- All sales are final regardless of use or cancellation — VIV RX's own Refund Policy states, "due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns," with no carve-out for an unopened or unused order.

The bottom line
Viv Health, Inc. dba VIV RX (Austin, TX) is a live, operating telehealth company selling compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, oral semaglutide drops, a sermorelin injection, MIC + B12, and NAD+. Nothing here rises to what got MEDVi excluded from this site outright — documented deepfaked patient photos and fabricated physician personas. No independent journalism names Viv Health or VIV RX, no fabricated-persona pattern appears on its site, and both physicians on its named "Supporting Medical Team" resolve to real, active registrations in the CMS NPI Registry. What does remain: a real, dated FDA warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721818, February 20, 2026) over a mislabeled-compounder claim, and — found independently of that letter — a real, live copy-paste artifact on VIV RX's own site: its own shared FAQ names a different company (Eden, also here) instead of itself, a reused testimonial separately names VIV RX's actual white-label enrollment vendor (CareGLP) by name, and its own Privacy Policy points to a Terms of Service and Telehealth Authorization and Consent that do not exist anywhere on the live site.

A good fit if
- You've read VIV RX's FDA warning letter and are satisfied it's a single, disclosable mislabeled-compounder citation — the same shape as Strut Health's, BluefitMD's, and Ivim Health's letters already here — rather than a documented fraud pattern.
- You want a checkable trust badge that actually resolves — VIV RX's own LegitScript seal (ID 45243674) resolves at LegitScript's own registry.
- A provider that names its actual fulfillment pharmacies by name and address (Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx), rather than an unnamed network, matters to you — even though none of the four is tied to a specific 503A/503B category on VIV RX's own site.
Look elsewhere if
- You want a Terms of Service you can actually read before signing up — VIV RX's own Privacy Policy says you're agreeing to one, but no such document exists anywhere on the live site.

VIV RX's own site names four specific fulfillment pharmacies directly — Belmar Pharmacy (Phoenix, AZ), Strive Pharmacy (Scottsdale, AZ), Epiq Scripts (Lawndale, CA), and Casa Pharma Rx (San Marcos, CA) — more specific than most peers here, which typically name an unnamed network or nothing at all. But neither "503A" nor "503B" appears anywhere checked (product pages, FAQ, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Privacy Practices notice, or California Residents notice) — only vague category language: ingredients "sourced from FDA-regulated suppliers," treatments "compounded in FDA-regulated facilities," and medications "fulfilled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies."
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

FDA issued Viv Health, Inc. dba VIV RX a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721818, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), addressed to 3310 W Braker Lane Suite 300-123, Austin, TX 78753 — the same address VIV RX gives on its own contact page and Notice of Privacy Practices. The letter states FDA reviewed vivrx.com in December 2025 and found the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on the site identify "VIV RX" on the pictured label, "suggesting VIV RX is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not" — misbranded under FDCA §§502(a) and 502(bb), the identical single-issue template as Ivim Health's letter and the first of BluefitMD's two citations, and nothing else (one citation only). Independent of the FDA letter, there is a live copy-paste artifact on VIV RX's own site: the same shared FAQ block rendered on its homepage, all three product pages, and its contact page answers "Do your plans include prescriptions and medications?" by stating, "Yes, VIV RX's plans include the cost of the doctor's visit, prescription medications, and free shipping... Prescription medications are provided only after consultation with a physician to determine if the medication is appropriate for you. Eden offers a comprehensive package that includes ongoing support and regular check-ins to optimize your treatment" — naming a different, unrelated telehealth company (Eden, itself already on this site's own roster) instead of VIV RX. A patient testimonial reused on the same pages separately quotes a patient saying she shared "my history and what I expected from CareGLP" — CareGLP (app.careglp.com, operated by CareValidate) being VIV RX's own actual white-label enrollment platform, the destination its "Get Started" buttons and login link (vivrx.careglp.com/login) route to, not an unrelated slip. Both leftover names point to the same real explanation: VIV RX's marketing copy was built on a shared white-label template (Beluga Health provides its physician network; CareValidate/CareGLP provides its enrollment software) and never fully edited for its own brand, live on the site. Separately, VIV RX's own Privacy Policy states twice that a visitor is agreeing to "the Site's Terms and Conditions" and "our Terms of Use and Telehealth Authorization and Consent" — but no such document exists anywhere on the live site: none of the four addresses its own links point to holds one, and no link to a Terms of Service appears in the site's navigation or footer, which lists only a Refund Policy, Privacy Practices notice, Privacy Policy, and California Residents notice.
