Provider review

VivioMD cost: no published price

A real 49-state disclosure — but no price without completing a full intake quiz.

Every price VivioMD has sits behind an intake quiz. The only figures its public site will show you are struck-through "FREE" line items and $239 for an oral tablet — nothing for the injectables it actually sells.

This review's stake, stated plainlysome of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

What they advertise

Pricing not published. VivioMD's homepage promises "Flat pricing — never goes up as your dose increases" and then attaches no dollar figure to it, anywhere.

What you actually pay

Pricing not published. The whole flow sits inside a quiz app at api.viviomd.com/funnel/, and you reach a number only by finishing the quiz. What the site will show without one: struck-through "FREE" line items for bundled visit and shipping fees, and a single $239 figure for an oral semaglutide tablet. Neither injectable has a price you can see before signing up.

The bottom line

VivioMD (viviomd.com, legal entity VivioMD Group LLC) sells compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide. No sermorelin.

VivioMD appears on our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want a real, specific, positive state disclosure — "available in 49 U.S. states," excluding only Louisiana.
  • Multiple named pharmacy partners rather than a single vague claim matters to you — RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx are all named directly.
  • You're comfortable completing a full intake quiz before seeing any price.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to compare a price before handing over personal information — VivioMD publishes none.
  • A named pharmacy tied to a specific 503A or 503B category matters — none of its four partners is.
  • You want a provider with no FDA warning letter on record — VivioMD has one, dated June 2026 and still open.

What VivioMD offers

Tap any compound to read our plain-English guide — what the evidence shows, how it is dosed, and what it costs elsewhere.

Who fills your prescription

No category stated

VivioMD does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.

What its own site says

Unknown. Its FAQ names four partner pharmacies outright — RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx — the same four that Fridays and Taurus Meds name, which points to a shared white-label network rather than anything disqualifying. What no page does is tie any of the four to a 503A or 503B category.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Where you can get it

Published state list

List published. Its FAQ says plainly: "Vivio is available in 49 U.S. states. At this time we're unable to provide services in Louisiana or outside the United States."

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

VivioMD will not tell you what it charges until you have told it about your health. There is no price for compounded tirzepatide or compounded semaglutide anywhere on the public site — not a range, not a starting figure — and the only way to one is a full personal-health intake quiz. The homepage still promises "Flat pricing," which is a claim about a number it won't show you. Separately, an FDA warning letter is on record and open: VivioMD Group LLC dba VivioMD, MARCS-CMS 728295, June 8, 2026, citing a mislabeled-compounder claim — VivioMD's own name pictured on the label of a drug it does not compound. That single citation makes it the narrowest of the five June 8 letters here; it is still a letter.

  • No price is published anywhere — you complete a full intake quiz first.
  • None of its four named pharmacy partners is tied to a 503A or 503B category.
  • An FDA warning letter from June 2026 is on record and not closed out.

None of this is unique to VivioMD — the whole category shares it.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all. The evidence below is where that gets settled.
