$299/mo for tirzepatide, $179/mo for semaglutide — the site's own "1 month" / "Billed monthly" tier, printed in the pricing table on its plans page and mirrored further down each product page.
Money you will meet later
- Shipping, supplies (needles, syringes, injection guidance) and provider visits are all bundled into the one price — "One transparent price — provider, medication, supplies, and shipping included" — with no separate line items anywhere.
- No refund policy of any kind is published — see this review's knock. Pay for a year upfront, then want to stop in month three, and nothing written tells you what happens to the balance.

Voxy (voxy.health, Scottsdale, AZ) sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, and it is unusually forthcoming about who touches your prescription. A direct, plain "503A Licensed Pharmacy" claim runs on every product page, and its compliance page names both the compounding pharmacy (VialsRX, Houston TX) and the clinical group that prescribes (Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, Seattle WA) by name and street address — the same clinical partner EOS Health uses. Pricing is where the presentation slips: the tirzepatide and semaglutide heroes both advertise a "Starting at" figure ($199/mo and $129/mo) that is the twelve-month prepay tier, while the no-commitment rate — $299/mo and $179/mo — waits two sections down the same page. The more serious problem is what isn't there at all. Voxy has no terms of service, no cancellation policy and no refund policy, at any address on the site. Its sitemap lists ten URLs; the only legal-adjacent ones are a Privacy Policy and the Compliance page. A single FAQ sentence promising you can "cancel anytime... no cancellation fees, no gray areas" is the whole of it.

The semaglutide and tirzepatide pages and the shared plans FAQ all state, "Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy based on your individual prescription," and a "503A Licensed Pharmacy" credential runs in the trust bar of every treatment page. The pharmacy itself — VialsRX, 6220 Westpark Dr, Houston, TX 77057 — is named on the compliance page, beside the prescribing group, Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC (300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121). That is the same clinical partner EOS Health names.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The part they would rather you skipped
Voxy has no terms of service, no cancellation policy and no refund policy — not at any of the six addresses a policy would normally live at, nor at any trailing-slash variant of them. Not one of them exists. This isn't a page that's merely hard to find: the site's own sitemap lists exactly ten URLs, and the only two legal-adjacent entries are a Privacy Policy (a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not a contract) and a Compliance page covering pharmacy, clinical partner and state disclosures, which says nothing about cancellation or refunds. What Voxy does have is a promise: "Can I switch plans or cancel? Yes. You can adjust your plan term or cancel anytime by messaging your care team — no cancellation fees, no gray areas." One FAQ sentence, no contract, no notice period, no refund mechanics — for a company whose loudest advertised prices require paying twelve months in advance.
- The hero prices on both product pages ("Starting at $199/mo," "Starting at $129/mo") are the twelve-month prepay tier, not the no-commitment rate of $299/mo and $179/mo.
