Provider review

Vytora Health cost: $249/mo tirzepatide

Names both pharmacies with addresses — and gives neither a regulatory category.

Its About page names Vials Pharmacy (Houston) and Hallandale Pharmacy (Fort Lauderdale) with full addresses, which most providers here will not do — but its Terms caption both only as a "Licensed US compounding pharmacy," tying neither to a 503A or 503B category.

What they advertise

Tirzepatide: "$249 / month... Billed monthly. Includes everything." Semaglutide: "$179/month" standing, with a 3-month option at "$149/month" (billed $447). Sermorelin: "$199/month" on a month-to-month plan, or "$186/month" on a 3-month plan (billed $559).

What you actually pay

$249/mo (tirzepatide), $179/mo (semaglutide), $199/mo (sermorelin) — each the site's own stated month-to-month rate, with the 3-month prepay option disclosed separately as an optional discount, not the only price shown.

Money you will meet later

  • "All sales are final. We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale," per its own Refund Policy.

The bottom line

Vytora Health (Vytora Health LLC, clinical services through Wasef Health, P.A.) sells compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, and compounded sermorelin with the cleanest pricing disclosure in this batch: every product states its true standing monthly rate directly — "$249/month... Billed monthly. Includes everything" for tirzepatide — with any multi-month prepay option shown as a clearly separate, clearly optional discount, never the only price shown. It backs an plain "all 50 states" claim plus DC, with one genuine, specific carve-out (five states require a brief video/audio visit first). Its own LegitScript seal resolves directly. The gap: it names two fulfillment pharmacies by address but never ties either to a 503A/503B category anywhere, including its own Terms of Service.

Vytora Health appears on our sermorelin provider ranking, our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking, our NAD+ provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want the real standing price stated plainly, with no first-month teaser or "starting at" hedge to decode.
  • A checkable LegitScript seal matters — ID 50007535 resolves at LegitScript's own registry.
  • You want know exactly which five states need an extra video/audio step before treatment, rather than a vague hedge.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a regulatory category (503A/503B) tied to the named pharmacy — Vytora names two pharmacies but never states a category for either.
  • You assumed "Vytora's" named pharmacies were exclusive to Vytora — both are shared fulfillment vendors also named by two other providers on this same roster.
  • You might need a refund after your order ships — "all sales are final," per its own Refund Policy.

Who fills your prescription

No category stated

Vytora Health does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.

What its own site says

Unknown category. Its about page names two fulfillment pharmacies outright: "Vials Pharmacy — 6220 Westpark Drive, Houston, TX" and "Hallandale Pharmacy — 2666 SW 36th St., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312," each captioned only "Licensed US compounding pharmacy." Neither "503A" nor "503B" appears on the About page, the Terms of Service, the FAQ or the Safety Information. Vials Pharmacy shares the exact Houston address Rylo Health names for "VialsRX", and Hallandale Pharmacy is the identical pharmacy PepHaūs names for its own sermorelin/NAD+ line — three otherwise-unrelated storefronts fulfilling through what appears to be the same two white-label compounding vendors.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Where you can get it

All 50 states

All 50 states plus DC, with one real carve-out. Its own Terms of Service state Vytora Health is "available in all 50 US states" plus DC, adding, "In Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and West Virginia, a brief video or audio visit is required before starting treatment" — a genuine access difference, not an exclusion.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Vytora Health's own About page names two fulfillment pharmacies by name and full address — a level of specificity most peers here don't reach — but its Terms of Service, the document that would actually carry a regulatory claim, never once ties either pharmacy to a 503A or 503B category; both are captioned only "Licensed US compounding pharmacy." Naming a pharmacy and then declining to say which kind it is leaves the reader with an address and no way to check what it is licensed to compound — the one fact the caption is standing in for.

  • Neither named pharmacy is tied to a 503A/503B category anywhere on the site, including its own Terms of Service.
  • Both named pharmacies are shared fulfillment vendors also used by two other providers on this same roster — see this review's knock.
  • "All sales are final" per its own Refund Policy, with no carve-out described.
  • No dietitian, nurse, or structured coaching role is named anywhere on the site.

None of this is unique to Vytora Health — the whole category shares it.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
