The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what Sesame Care bundles in, and what it does not.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

• Refund eligibility for the weight-loss program ends the moment a reader uses provider messaging or other service features after the initial visit, per its own Refund Policy.
• The identical brand's compounded-tirzepatide product is a referral marketplace with no company-set price — a materially different structure from its compounded-semaglutide subscription, easy to assume is the same and isn't.
• Only a regulatory category (503B) is stated for its pharmacy network; no specific pharmacy is named anywhere on the site.
