Provider review
A flat, medication-included semaglutide plan — tirzepatide works nothing like it.
"Success by Sesame" is a real, direct, price-inclusive compounded-semaglutide subscription with a stated 503B pharmacy category. The same company's compounded tirzepatide is built completely differently: you book a provider of your choice and pay for the medication separately. Two products, one brand, and almost nothing in common.

Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

What they advertise
"Weight loss for $249/mo., medication included" — Sesame's own compounded-semaglutide landing page headline.
What you actually pay
$249 a month is the standing renewal rate, disclosed as such. A promotional first month turns up at times — a Cyber Monday $149 offer was live on the site — but the same disclosure says plainly it "will renew at $249/month thereafter."
Money you will meet later
Sesame Care (sesamecare.com, legally Sesame, Inc.) is a large, well-known cash-pay telehealth marketplace. Its "Success by Sesame" plan is a genuine flat $249 a month with compounded semaglutide included, dispensed exclusively by 503B compounding pharmacies — its own claim, plain. Its compounded tirzepatide is a different product entirely: a referral marketplace where you book an independent provider and pay for the medication yourself. Different enough that Sesame Care is ranked for semaglutide only.
Sesame Care appears on our semaglutide provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.
Tap any compound to read our plain-English guide — what the evidence shows, how it is dosed, and what it costs elsewhere.
Sesame Care names the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
503B — the category, and only the category. Sesame's compounded-semaglutide page says, "The compounded semaglutide available for prescribing on Sesame is prepared exclusively by 503B compounding pharmacies that are FDA-registered," and repeats it in a bullet: "Medication supplied from a registered 503B pharmacy." No pharmacy is ever named.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
All 50. "Available in all 50 states" sits directly beneath the price on the compounded-semaglutide page, with nothing on that page contradicting it.
The part they would rather you skipped
Read Sesame's Refund Policy all the way through and the refund window narrows sharply for anyone who actually uses the service first: "Please note that we cannot offer full or partial refunds for our weight loss program if, after your initial visit, you have utilized other features of the service, such as provider messaging." Message your provider with a follow-up question — the exact thing the plan's "unlimited messaging" benefit invites — and the refund is gone. The other thing worth knowing: this same company's compounded tirzepatide is a different offering altogether. That flow is a book-a-provider marketplace ("Book with a top-rated provider of your choice through Sesame's weight loss program") where the page says "Cost of medication not included" and the prescription may be picked up "at a pharmacy near you." Anyone assuming the semaglutide deal — flat price, medication included, nationwide — describes the tirzepatide one would be wrong. FDA has issued no warning letter to Sesame Care. or "Sesame, Inc." That is an absence, not a clearance.
None of this is unique to Sesame Care — the whole category shares it.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all. The evidence below is where that gets settled.
