What you actually pay
Nothing in the Rx track can be bought today: it is "Not yet open." When it opens, medication would be the direct cost of your dose — $94 or $135 a month at the starting dose, more as the dose rises — on top of the $432-a-year Rx track (about $36 a month).

Welling Health (Welling PLLC, Tacoma, Washington) used to sell compounded semaglutide at $190 a month and tirzepatide at $275. Its rebuilt site sells a membership in three tracks — Labs, Rx and Body — each $432 a year, billed once a year, around a free app. Labs is "opening soon"; Rx and Body are "Not yet open." When Rx opens, it says compounded semaglutide will cost "from $94" and tirzepatide "from $135" a month at the starting dose, at direct cost with no markup, filled by an independent U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy it does not name. Until then there is nothing to order. Its new Terms take effect October 20, 2026.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
