What you actually pay, month to month
$275/month is the actual day-one, no-discount rate — identical across the three separate pages checked. An optional "streak" discount (10% off at a 10-day streak of daily in-app food logging, 20% at 20 days, 30% at 30 days) can lower the recurring charge to as low as "$192/mo" per Welling's own pricing page, but resets to zero the instant a single day is missed and must be re-earned; a patient who does not log daily pays $275 every month.

The bottom line
Welling PLLC, a Washington professional limited liability company headquartered in Tacoma, holds up as a real, operating cash-pay clinic: a named legal entity and a named founder/Clinical Director (Stephanie Lyman, FNP-BC) both appear on its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and About page. Its pricing also holds up almost exactly as an earlier WLR research lead described it: $190/month for compounded semaglutide and $275/month for compounded tirzepatide, both flat and stated identically across its Pricing, FAQ, and Clinic pages. What does not hold up as cleanly is the LegitScript-certified 503A claim that same lead flagged for verification: Welling's own homepage GLP-1 Therapy accordion card states "503A" in its descriptive paragraph and "LegitScript-certified 503B pharmacy" in the bullet list two lines below it, describing the identical product. Its LegitScript badge is also a self-hosted image with no checkable seal ID, unlike EOS Health's verified one, and its "Verify our certification at legitscript.com" link resolves only to LegitScript's generic homepage, not a specific record.
